What a crazy year 2020 has been! For many, it brought new challenges that we never thought we would have to face, including finding alternative ways to stay healthy. Thankfully there is telehealth which I will be fortunate enough to be able to start using in my practice! Starting January 10th I will be offering telehealth consults. The consultations will be geared toward leading patients to healthier habits. I will be focusing on Eastern nutrition and how to stay healthy while working from home, being home more often, or for people that just need a boost in their health routine. Each consultation will be virtual so you can call me in your pajamas! Yes, one or two dogs might be making guest appearances. I am excited to be helping my patients again and leading you on a healthier path! As soon as Covid seems to be more under control I look forward to providing in-person acupuncture to my patients at Evolution Yoga, until then I look forward to virtually reuniting!
