Payment is due at time of service. Practitioner does not bill insurance. Because insurance plans differ, the amount of reimbursement differs. No guarantees can be made of how much, if any, fees will be covered by your insurance provider. It is each patient’s responsibility to work with their insurance company to determine reimbursement.
